Ggaliwango Marvin is a Computer Scientist, Machine Learning and Intelligent Systems Engineer, post-digital health researcher, and research methods expert committed to building sovereign, responsible software intelligence for sustainable healthcare futures. His technical work focuses on combating antimicrobial resistance (AMR) through digital health surveillance, machine learning, bioinformatics, and intelligent decision support systems. He builds sovereign healthcare cloud and distributed computing infrastructure, federated learning pipelines, secure privacy-preserving analytics, and digital health surveillance systems. He supports genomic surveillance through semantic-aware data warehouses, interoperable health knowledge graphs, and co-created healthcare GPTs that improve clinical decision support, public-health reporting, service delivery, and locally responsible AI governance.
